Sponsorship and Donation Opportunities

We were able to provide compensation to many QTYOC for generously sharing their expertise at last year’s event, and are expanding this year to accommodate over 100 educators! In order to continue offering the options we offered last year, we are inviting organizations, community groups and individuals to donate to our event by sponsoring educator registrations. Would your organization like to contribute? We are offering the following sponsorship levels based on the cost of registration for one educator:

• Co-Host - $1,150 – Registration for 10 Educators
• Community Partner - $575 – Registration for 5 Educators
• Patron - $345 – Registration for 3 Educators
• Ally - $115 – Registration for 1 Educator

Sponsoring educators to attend this event is an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the day-to-day lives of queer and trans youth. Educators interact with so many students over the course of their careers. Providing them with the tools they need will create a ripple-effect of affirmation and support that will create positive change in many kids’ school experiences! All sponsors will receive a shout-out on social media and be listed in our event program!
